It is kind of hard to find in the US or somewhere else in European countries (you can substitute watercress or spinach), but if you do find it, it is easily cultivated (it roots when placed in water). Do not grow outside of a pot, as it is considered an invasive species.
Cut the root's part of your morning glory out and chop them into three or four (some people prefer to keep the whole morning glory).
Boil water till 100ÂșC then put your morning glory into the boiled water for 1 minutes and then take them out.
Heat oil to smoking in wok. Add garlic and fry for 10 seconds. Add morning glory and chilis and fry 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and fry for one more minute, until morning glory is tender and slightly wilted.
